Active Harmonic Filters (AHF) are advanced power quality improvement systems designed to detect and eliminate harmonic distortion generated by non-linear electrical loads such as VFDs, CNC machines, UPS systems, welding machines, rectifiers and industrial automation equipment.

The system continuously monitors load current and injects equal and opposite harmonic current into the electrical network to cancel unwanted harmonics in real-time. This significantly improves power quality, reduces transformer heating and prevents equipment malfunction.

Active Harmonic Filters also improve system efficiency by reducing neutral current, minimizing voltage distortion and maintaining stable electrical performance under varying load conditions. The fast response technology ensures effective compensation without delay.
